About
Shy Wolf Sanctuary, Education and Experience Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Naples, Florida which provides a life-long home to over 60 rescued exotic animals. Established in 2001, the sanctuary began when Nancy and Kent Smith acquired their first rescue animal in 1993.
The sanctuary houses wolves, wolfdogs, a cougar, exotic fox species from around the world, and other animals on their 2.5-acre property. Their Healing Hearts program partners with foster care and shelter organizations to help children and adults heal through educational experiences with animals who have had similar life experiences. Shy Wolf has rescued over 1,260 animals to date.
