About
Big Oak Wolf Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) faith-based wolf rescue and sanctuary founded in 2006 by Debra and John Knight in Texas. The sanctuary provides permanent homes for neglected and abused captive-born wolves and wolfdogs.
Their mission is to glorify God by the manner in which they care for the animals and exemplify the life-transforming power of grace in the miraculous transformations the abused wolves undergo. To preserve the sanctuary environment, the facility is not open to the public; only long-term volunteers and annual supporters may visit.
